Getting Distracted by Forums

I doubt I am alone in this problem, but I have a huge problem of going starting off the day by first checking my stats, then my emails, then I check out the forums. By the time I am done I often feel like doing nothing, which leads me to get very little done in the day.

The biggest reason why I get so little done is because I get distracted by forums and just sit around reading them for hours at a time. While you may argue that reading a forum will help me learn stuff, I do not really think its necessary to be on there a whole lot.

So one of the things I am trying to do is change my habit from checking stats and forums etc before I start working, to after I get everything done. I figure this way, even if I do take a long time on the forums, I will not feel bad about it because it is after I have completed all my work.
